| Description | Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district.
The Pre-School Classroom Assistant will:
- Assist the teacher in a parenting program
- Provide services to children ages two years, nine months to five years, five months.
- Assist in the care, supervision and learing activities in the classroom and on the playground.
- Perform routine clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.
- To do related work as required.

- WORK SCHEDULE: 3.92 hours/day (Hours TBD)
- BENEFITS: Benefit package includes, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: High School degree or recognized equivalent, 6 or more units or equivalent quarter units of post-secondary child development or early childhood education course work from an accredited college or university; and either an Associate’s Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; experience working with people diverse groups and cultures; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with preschool children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable, supplemented by courses in childcare, supervision, psychology or guidance; or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities
- REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Immunization record (required by Community Care Licensing) regulations
