Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district.
The Behavior Technician will:
- Provide support, monitoring, direct instruction and training using applied behavior analysis techniques, intervention strategies, coping skills, and problem solving for students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide a variety of clerical and supportive tasks for instructional personnel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- WORK SCHEDULE: 7.0 hours/day, 5 days/week
- BENEFITS: Benefit package includes, Health and Welfare, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; and either an Associate’s Degree of Arts (AA) or have completed 48 college/university semester units or pass the FUESD proficiency test for this classification; prior job-related experience with Applied Behavior Analysis working with children with autism or other developmentally delaying disorders.
- REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and maintenance or obtain within the first year of employment; Maintain Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification as provided by the District; and Maintain CPR certification as provided by the District.
