Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district.
The Safety Monitor will:
- Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow to ensure safe street crossings for students.
- Monitor student activity on the playground before school, during lunch, or after school.
- Responsible for taking minor disciplinary actin against students when necessary and for reporting names of students who are discipline problems to the school principal or his/her designee.
- Responsible for administering first aid to students and for reporting all injuries to the principal or his/her designee.
- To do related work as required.
DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION:

- WORK SITE/SCHEDULE: La Paloma Elementary School, 3.67 hours/day, 5 days/week
- WORK SITE/SCHEDULE: San Onofre Elementary School, 3.0 hours/day, 5 days/week
- BENEFITS: Benefit package includes, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; no direct experience is required. Basic first aid knowledge is also a requirement.
